Research Use Only
By purchasing any product from Meridian Biolabs, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
- You will use all products solely for legitimate in vitro research, laboratory testing, or educational purposes
- You will not use any products for human or animal consumption, self-administration, or therapeutic purposes
- You understand that these products have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA
- Misuse of these products may constitute a violation of federal, state, or local law
- Meridian Biolabs assumes no liability for any misuse, unauthorized application, or non-compliant use of its products
Meridian Biolabs is not a compounding pharmacy as defined under 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and is not an outsourcing facility as defined under 503B of that Act.
Eligibility & Purchaser Representations
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

- You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
- You are not purchasing products for resale, human consumption, or any prohibited purpose
- Your purchase and use of products complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in your jurisdiction
- You are located in the United States or a jurisdiction where the purchase of research chemicals is lawful
Products & Descriptions
Meridian Biolabs makes every effort to accurately describe all products on its website, including purity specifications, molecular weights, and storage requirements. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.
All Certificates of Analysis (CoA) are batch-specific and generated by independent, accredited third-party laboratories. The CoA applicable to your specific order will reflect the batch number on your product. Purity specifications are guaranteed at the time of manufacture and are subject to proper storage conditions.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product appearance may vary.
Ordering & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Meridian Biolabs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax may be applied where required by applicable law.
Shipping & Delivery
Meridian Biolabs currently ships within the United States only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from fulfillment. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Every order includes free shipment protection. If your order is lost, damaged in transit, or stolen before delivery, Meridian Biolabs will reship the order at no additional cost, subject to verification. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
All orders ship in discreet, unmarked packaging. Meridian Biolabs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs holds, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Returns & Refunds
Meridian Biolabs offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, or if a product does not meet our stated purity specifications, contact us within 60 days of your order date for a full refund or replacement.
Return eligibility:
- Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 60 days for a full refund
- Opened products are eligible for return only in cases of verified quality failure or incorrect shipment
- Products that have been improperly stored are not eligible for return
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Cryptocurrency payments will be refunded in USD equivalent at the time of refund processing.

Products sold by Meridian Biolabs are provided “as is” for research purposes. Meridian Biolabs makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the suitability of products for any particular research application, or regarding any research outcomes associated with their use.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meridian Biolabs expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Meridian Biolabs does not warrant that its website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meridian Biolabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our products or website, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
In no event shall Meridian Biolabs’ total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our products exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the six months preceding the claim.
Meridian Biolabs expressly disclaims all liability for any harm, injury, or damage resulting from misuse of its products or use contrary to these Terms of Service.
